Since there were no story boards, and I cant make one, i put it here.
The Angles and the Demons Prolog[/u] Aoyagi Ritsuka looked solemnly and Agatsuma Soubi’s body. So lifeless…so still… yet so pure. It was fall; Soubi’s most beautiful pictures were made in fall and spring. “Why Seim? Why did he have to die?” She asked, looked at her older brother. She thought he looked odd, since he dyed his hair red to signify mourning. She too had worn all red for today. Soubi’s colony thought that he didn’t deserve to be buried, so the left him, hanging on the nook, expecting the rain that will come in the morning to wash it away. But now it was sunset, the same time Soubi and Rikka had met. ‘Now we are saying good-bye.’ She touched the cold hand of the ex-were-wolf. “Rikka, I don’t think it was his time to die. I can’t believe his father could be so cruel as to hang him, just for seeing you.” Seimei muttered. “Come on Rikka, we need to head back soon. Let’s put the fold over him.” The older Aoyagi put his hand on top of his best friends for the last time. “Good-bye, Agatsuma Soubi. I will watch Rikka. She will be safe, until you’re ready to take her.” Seimei walked out of the way, letting his sister place him. Ritsuka kissed her boyfriend’s forehead, a tear landing on his cheek. For a second, she thought he was alive, and crying, but then she realized it was her own tear. “Soubi, wait for me?” She begged. Seimei walked up to her, and held her as she cried. “I’m so sorry Rikka...” “I-Its okay Seimei, it wasn’t your fault…I miss him already…” “I’m sure he’s already watching you.” “Do you really think so?” She asked, trying to dry her eyes. “Yes.” He whispered. “I’m sorry I didn’t see Ritsu when they saw us. I could’ve prevented all this.” “How? Kill them? Then it’d be you who’d be dead Seimei. I don’t want that either…” Rikka said, looking up into her brothers dark violet eyes. Her own pale violet wet. “Neither would Nisei.” Seimei said half-smiling. “Nisei was with Ritsu and Kio when they saw us with Soubi.” Ritsuka muttered. “So? Ritsuka, it wasn’t Nisei’s fault.” “She didn’t help!” “Did Kio?” The young girl stopped. “Of course, I’m sure Kio and Nisei tried to convince Ritsu not to hang Soubi, but apparently, they-“ “Kio did try! Nisei didn’t try at all!” “She said she did!” “Not hard enough!” “Neither did Kio!” Seimei held his sister. “Listen, I don’t like arguing with you. Think we can stop?” The older brother asked softly. “Or at least enough so you can help me put the glass case over Soubi?” Rikka nodded. “Alright Seim.” She whispered. The two covered Soubi up with the glass cover, and went home. They would be lucky if they weren’t caught.

The Angles and the Demons Chapter 1 Death of the Real Angle … In the shadows, a girl with long black hair stood. She smiled wickedly as she looked over the were-colony below her. “Seimei is mine, Rikka.” She whispered. The were-cat knew how Seimei felt about his sister. Incest. Seimei loved his sister more then she knew. But she, Nisei loved Seimei with all her heart, and with Rikka being so depressed, he was giving her all of Nisei’s attention. She hated the little brat. “I’m going to get rid of her once and for all!” Nisei said, out raged. To most, this would’ve been an odd discovery. That is, to see Nisei in love. She had always said she wanted no part of it, and that it made her sick. Then she met Seimei, and she knew what it was like to see something you want, but can’t have. “I’m going to make sure Seimei is mine!” Nisei walked closer to the colony neighbors. She passed each house, dropping something that looked like honeycombs near each house. When the time was right, they’d all catch fire. Then, she reached the house in the center. It wasn’t much bigger than the others, but it stood out to her, for she had seen it too many times. She stepped inside, the door was unlocked. There Seimei was, on the ground, asleep. It was odd that he was asleep on the ground in the living room instead of upstairs in his bed. ‘Ah-well.’ She thought. ‘It makes my job easier.’ She headed upstairs, and put the flame-catchers in front of each closed door, before heading back downstairs. “Seimei. Seimei-dear, wake up hon.” She whispered. She shook the man a little, in attempt to wake him up. “Hurry Seimei-kun, we have to get out soon if we want to live!” She hurried, panicking. The timer would go off in exactly one minute. “Seimei!” “Nisei?” Seimei stepped down the stairs, a noise had awoken him. “What are you doing here at this hour?” He didn’t even what to know what the girl had been saying to his doppler-ganger. He had been practicing cloning earlier that night with Ritsuka, and had forgotten to get rid of the failures. Then he saw the panic in his friend’s eyes. “What’s going on?” The eight-teen-year-old asked. “Seimei?! Come on, we have to leave! Ritsu bombed the entire colony, and I tried to get here in time to warn you...But it was your fake!” She lied. “ The bombs are irremovable, come on! I don’t want you killed!” She stood and grabbed her crush’s arm, pulling him toward the door. “Nisei! I can’t leave my family here to die! My sister-!” “There is no time!” Just as she spoke, the room upstairs caught fire. “See!? Seimei, please come with me!” Seimei looked desperately from the upstairs on fire, to the door. What would he do? “Nisei…what did you do?” “Seim…” The girl looked at him. How could he figure she did this? “We have to leave…” A small tear fled from her eyes. Seimei sadly fallowed the girl, and was terrified when they were far enough from the burning colony. They were safe…while everyone was dying. His sister had just gotten over Soubi’s death, and now look, she’d never get to live another day. This was terrible. He looked at his partner. “Nisei. Nisei! Look at me!” He yelled, as he spotted the female on the ground, her hands covering her face. Her ears were flat against her face, and she was hiding her long tail between her legs. “Seim, I… they’ll be looking for us. Anyone who survived will be looking for us-“ “Us?! You did kill them, didn’t you?!” “Please understand me. I hadn’t meant to. Forgive me…” The girl stood up, tears on her cheeks, and pressed her lips softly against his. “Seimei… We have to flee. Wont you just come with me? I did Rikka a favor Seimei. She wanted to be with Soubi, but not separated from her family. She wanted you to live, but yet she needed her colony. She asked me to kill them Seimei.” He didn’t believe her, but he had to trust her. By now, most of the colony would be dead. If he showed up to them, the sadist would be killed on the spot by those who were alive. “Nisei, I hate you.” He whispered in her ear. “A shame, I love you.” Ritsuka rushed out of her bedroom as soon as smoke hit her sleeping nose. She wasn’t exactly a light sleeper, but it didn’t take much to get her attention. She eagerly looked around, daring to travel in the burning house, going to her brother’s room. “Seimei-nii-san! Seimei-nii-san, get up! The house is on fire! The house is-!” Her voice was cut off by her scream as a burning block of the roof fell in front of her, blocking her off from her burning family’s rooms. In fear of her own life, she fled. She ran and ran, though there were people of her colony around her, also trying to get out of the fires dying reach. Boys, girls…children, mothers, fathers… burning bodies around her, and those who needed to get out all tried to escape. She went into angle territory, fearing for those who were alive. Her mother had been an angle, so she could rest here, until someone came and found her. Surely, someone would come. “Seimei…”she cried silently. Her brother was dead…
Youji looked up. The scent of burning hit her sensitive nose strongly. Fire? In the colony? No, it couldn’t be. The girl stood up and looked out her window. She was very young, only 12 years old. She grabbed her soft animal plushy. She still couldn’t believe, at her age, she had found a gentleman, kind enough…she was engaged! She had found a Fighter Unit! A partner for life! Though, she was surprised to find she was the Sacrifice, and not the Fighter, with her temper and fighting skills. Her real name was Zero! Though, that was uncommon.
Youji gave a shocking gasp when she saw that her daydreaming had woken to find a fire, right in her front yard! She put on her over-coat uniform her mother had made for her. Maybe, if she were lucky, she’d find Natsuo. She didn’t even think about her parents, she was very selfish. The green-haired girl ran out of the house, and burst right through the fire. She was lucky, no, normal, that she couldn’t feel the burning of her flesh. It would heal. She ran about, others rushing around her to flee. “Natsuo!” She yelled for her fighter Unit. “Natsuo!!!!!” Natsuo was in the Healers Den, he had been taking a lesson when he had been dozing off. Midori, the actually apprentice of the Healer Kimo, was sleeping next to him. Ai, his Fighter Unit, and partner of the Breathless Team, was sleeping in his lap. He smiled to himself lazily, his right eye socket made him confused at first. He was still getting used to the eye-patch covering the eye-socket, when he had originally had a glass eye. But then, he realized that the glass eye was just a pain to put in. And, not pain as in hurt. As a common colonist, he felt no pain. Suddenly, he heard screaming, running, and the smell of smoke. Fire! He turned to the green haired boy next to him, his strip of bang covering his violet eyes. “Midori! Midori, there’s a fire!” He felt guilty. His Sacrifice was many, many stretches from here. He was a Fighter Unit; he was supposed to be there to protect her! ‘But I’m also a Healer, and have to watch the colony…’ he thought. “Midori!” He yelled in his Den Partners ear. The green-haired boy opened his violet eyes immediately. “Yes Kimo-san, sir?!” He jumped, saluting, as if expecting to see the elder healer there. Ai fell out of his lap, and twitched her wolf ears in annoyance. “Hey!” She growled at her cat partner. “What is it now?!” she was never fond of staying in the heavy air of the Healers Den because her partner had decided to stay as a Healer, even though he was a Sacrifice. “Hold on Ai. What’s that smell?” He asked Natsuo. “Fire.” He said. “Come on!” “What about Kimo-sensei?” Midori begged. “I don’t scent him here. He must have left us.” He felt angry, that he had left them here, or was dead. Ai quivered. She was normally a shy and sensitive person. “Midori, I’ll get us out of here.” The Fighter said, activating her systems. “What about me? I need to find my Sacrifice before she dies.” He knew one think about the bon between the Sacrifice and Fighter. If the Sacrifice dies, so does the Fighter. If the Fighter dies, nothing happened to the Sacrifice. “We can’t wait. We’ll find her Natsuo, but we need to get out of the colony!” Midori said, sympathetically. “But…Youji…” “I’m sorry Natsuo, but we must leave.” “Call for her. She should hear you, no matter how far you are.” Ai added. Natsuo thought her name loudly, but got nothing back. She either couldn’t hear him because her fear got a hold of her, or he couldn’t hear her, because she didn’t know how to reply. The newest team in the Colony, the Zero Team, was endangered. --------End Chapter--------

The Angles and the DemonsMini Chapters -Meeting Your Partner -Receiving Your Name -How to Use a Sacrifice -How to Use a Fighter Unit -The Bonds -The Battles -The Spells -The Damages -The Deaths -Rules -Restirctions Chapter 1, Meeting Your Partner. Meeting your Partner is a special thing. You’ll have to wait until your exactly 10 years and 3/4ths. Or, at least, until the Sacrifice is that age. The spirits of the Were Colony grant you a name that shows somewhere on your body at the appropriate age. When pair of children are found with the same name, they are to meet, and the ceremony begins. Since I’ve met Youji, I’ve finally remembered that day as well as if it were just a few hours ago! I was 10 and ½, Youji, I guessed, was finally 10 ¾. I woke up one morning, with my right shoulder bleeding. Of course, I didn’t notice it at first because my bad side is that side, and I can’t feel pain. But, when I went downstairs, my mom saw my soaking shirt, and tore it, seeing “0” on my shoulder, right above the blade. She was, at first, puzzled. Normally, a name ended in “less” or had a name beginning in “be”. When she took me to Kimo, he said, I was in fact, ready to meet my Sacrifice. I am a Fighter Unit. That afternoon, just as the sun was setting, I was taken before Ritsuka, Seimei, and the Chief; Sakim. He blessed me as I waited at the end of an aisle. After my name was washed, so it never went away, Ritsuka gave me two dolls. One, I was to give to my Sacrifice. I would have to wait until Midnight until I was able to see her, or him. I was sure it was a girl though, since all pairings wounded up married, and I wasn’t gay. I’m still not! So I waited, the only thing to light the silent and empty clearing was a single candle. He had almost dozed off, but it was against the law to sleep before he met his Sacrifice. Finally, it came. Ritsuka was leading a girl, about his age, to the clearing. Seimei appeared behind him, putting his hand on his shoulder. When she came closer to the candle light, I saw her. She had long, beautiful green hair that shimmered. Her violet eyes glowed in the, moonlight. She had such nice fixed cat ears, and a long beautiful tail. She….she inspired me. This was the person I would protect. The girl held out her hand, a smile on her face. It was kind, but it also showed ambition. “Hi. I’m Gasan Youji,1 my name is Zero, and I…I am your Sacrifice.” She said. Youji. What a beautiful name. In our language, ‘yo’ meant jewel. But, with the suffix ‘ji’, it meant brat… I laughed a little, before taking her hand, and shaking it. “My name is Sagan Natsuo1, my name is Zero, and I’m your Fighter Unit. This is for you.” He held out a doll. “It’s our bond until-“ “Until our real bong is fixed at dawn. I know. Thank you Natsuo.” She leaned over, and gave me a hug. Although I was young, I wasn’t stupid, and puberty had came early for me…so I had to pull away from her before she realized I, well, already liked her… But, after we waited until dawn, talking over this and that. Then Sakim came, and built our bond. “Sagan Natsuo, Fighter of Team Zero, and the Healer in Training, do you wish to take on your Sacrifice, keeping in mind, you must protect her with your life, Gasan Youji?” “Yes, I do.” “Gasan Youji, Sacrifice of Team Zero, and a brave child, do you wish to take on your Fighter Unit, keeping in mind that even though he protects you, if you die, he will die as well?” “I do, Sakim.” “Then, now, I connect the soul of these two young children, of team Zero, to be one.” In the rising sun, a small line that looked like piano wire came out of my chest, and spiraled to the ground, then came back up to attach itself to Youji’s chest. That was our bond, connecting out souls. We kept the dolls, and wherever we wanted, we can see the “bond.” It’s invisible to anyone else though, unless they grab it. That was the first day I met Youji. I wished we spoke more, because, soon, I would forget her until we found another again…. 1= The ;last name comes first.

Chapter 2, Receiving Your Name There wasn’t much to it, honestly. Your name stays with you forever until you die, then it fades into your skin, as if it never existed. My name appeared the day before I met my Sacrifice. It bleeds, like a scar, but after two days, it becomes a tattoo. Creepy, huh? The name connects you to your partner. It normally shows up on your right side if you’re a Fighter Unit, on your left if you’re a Sacrifice. The name normally ended in “less” or started with “be”. It was odd, because some people had their partner in other colonies. Ritsuka’s name was “Loveless,” but because no one else had that name, she hadn’t met her partner yet. Her older brother, Seimei, had the name “Beloved,” and Nisei was his partner. I know little of the name. I can use examples. Seimei’s name is on his middle finger, and I always found it funny. “Hey let me show you my real name,” and then he flips you off. He hasn’t done that, but it’s funny to think of. And, Ritsuka didn’t know where her name was; only that she had seen it in a dream, and that it was “loveless”, and it never showed up. Names are also unique. Names are never given to more than one person! That’s why, these two older girls, Kouya and Yamato, really ticked me off. Their names were also “Zero,” their names were on their breasts. They fought Youji and I, once before the fire. They destroyed us… Youji wouldn’t wake up for days… A week later, after the fight, they committed suicide. I’m not sure why, but they had. To this day, I wonder what would’ve happened if we had met again…

Chapter 3, How to Use a Sacrifice[/i][/u] A Sacrifice is something entirely different to use then a Fighter Unit, but I know the basics. 1.A Sacrifice puts their life in their Fighter Units hands every second of their life. 2.Because of this, they have their “bond” activated more than normal. 3.The Sacrifice is in control of the battle. 4.They expect the Fighters undivided attention. 5.When your Sacrifice calls you, it’s never for something small. If a Sacrifice dies, the Fighter Unit will die as well. So, a Sacrifice has to be well protected

Chapter 4, How to Use a Fighter Unit[/i][/u] I know this one all too well. 1.A Fighter Unit might need to protect the Sacrifice at all times, but a Fighter Unit needs to be able to trust the Sacrifice enough, so when they’re on their own, you don’t feel the need to, ya know, kill themselves. 2.When a Fighter Unit activates the battle, and fights under command of the Sacrifice, their bond needs to be connected with the Sacrifice, and pay attention. 3.The Fighter Unit must obey the Sacrifices will. 4.Always answer to your Sacrifices. 5.Protect your Sacrifice with your life, no matter how much you resent them. If a Fighter Unit dies, the Sacrifice will keep on living.

The Bonds[/i][/u] The bonds are like piano wire; it glows and shines to connect you with your partner. It extends and retracts to fit your distance. This bond also allows you to call out to your partner through thoughts. If you close your eyes, you can see a small light. If you fallow it, you open your eyes when the shining is in front of you, you will find you partner. You can hide this factor when you feel the need to. If you’ve never met your partner, you can fallow the chord, and it’ll lead you to the other one. When a Fighter Unit activated his battle spell, and his/her systems, the Sacrifice can feel it, no matter the distance. The bonds are what really pull people together.

The Battles[/i][/u] A battle is waged between two pairs of combatants. The Fighter Unit launches the offense and the Sacrifice receives the damage. Normally, you fight two on two. One pair against one pair. The Fighter opens the battle, and then manifests his power in the form of spells. Damage is accumulated in the form of chain restraints. When a Sacrifice undergoes a complete restraint, he is unable to continue, and that’s a loss. The fighter fights, but the Sacrifice is in control of the battle. The Fighter Unit performs to the will of the Sacrifice. A Fighter must apply himself to his Sacrifice completely. When a master gets confused, the dog gets hurt. The Sacrifice is the master, the Fighter a dog. A Scarifies orders must be clear.

The Spells[/u][/i] The spells are created by the Fighter, using imagery. A spell is created with words, how strong they are, and how well you can picture it and have the strength to bring it into a solid form. Fighters train with their Sacrifices in scrimmages against other pairings before graduating Ritsu, the leader of the other Colony’s school. They also need to practice by Searching for their Sacrifice, and Battle Royal.

Chapter 8, The Damages[/u] The damages undergo a Sacrifice unless the Fighter Unit fights alone, without the sacrifice. Even then, the Sacrifice knows when he’s fighting, and how tight his restrictions are. The bonds form on the wrists first, then the neck, then the legs, then they get wrapped like a mummy, then they are strapped to a backboard coming out of nowhere, then a tight blind-fold of iron covers them, After that, they’re finished. Then, the battle ends. If you declare a battle, you cannot back out of it, the other team has to. Giving up before the fight is over takes your name away, and your no longer a Fighter and Sacrifice. You can, however improvise, and make a spell that forces the other team to flee without causing anyone to give up.

Chapter 9, The Deaths[/i][/u] As mentioned before, a Fighter Unit dies if the Sacrifice dies. If the fighter Unit dies, the sacrifice is retired, losses his name, and won’t die. Though, normally, after being from their beloved for so long, it will drive them insane, or suicidal. Though we can’t feel pain, we can feel the ‘pain’ when Youji and I are in agony, or in terrible feelings. Love pulls these names together. Love makes you the Team of your name. It is as if destiny chose your partner, so you didn’t have to worry about finding a real soul mate. Yes, I love Youji with all my heart, but I will never know for sure how she feels until we’re older… ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hence, the completion of my book. Ill keep taking notes though. There is a lot to learn!

Chapter 10, Rules[/i][/u] In a Spell Battle, you’re only supposed to use your spells. In one battle, Youji and I got a little outt’a hand, and nailed someone to the ground, literary, with a nail through their hand. The binds didn’t affect them because it wasn’t a spell. We lost in the end. Another rule is, you’re not supposed to attack normal people without spells. While some in our colony could feel pain, and didn’t have a name, most did. You’re not supposed to use a spell against these people. If people hold a grudge, some will do it anyway. This does nothing to your status if you do, but it is considered low and rotten. Same with not using spells in a battle. The way you tell a average person from a Team is the sound waves. There was an example. The sound waves are given off by an activated Fighter Unit. It’s a loud buzzing noise, like a bad TV channel. The noise is louder as the person is stronger and closer. You must activate this noise to show your opponent you are challenging them. As long as it’s a spell against the other Fighter Unit and Sacrifice, there are fewer rules. You can use spells that affect things even after the battle. Me and Youji once fought in a battle where we wounded up with frostbite… Try and be smart when in battle, and choosing your location. Curiosity killed the cat, ya’ know. Don’t try a spell you’ve never tried before. Fight in an area in your favor. Children who are young fight in playgrounds, or parks, or things they like to inspire them. Youji and I either fight in areas full of nature for my like of it, or in cruel places of cold for Youji’s thoughts. This gives the Fighters mind ideas quicker in battle. In a Spell Battle, the Fighter conjures an image in his mind and creates it by speaking it in words. The image-into-word is what manifests real power. The faster and more varied the connections, the more powerful the attack.

Chapter 11, Restrictions[/u][/i] A Restriction is the damage that a Sacrifice receives when the Fighter is unable to protect the Sacrifice from a spell in time, chains and shackles come from the ground and attach themselves around the Sacrifice. It will first attach to a wrist, then the other wrist, the neck, the ankles, then it will bib=nd you with white light strips. Then, it will chain you to a backboard and a iron blindfold takes hold your Sacrifice. After that, the battle is over. Loveless Zero sum

Your Name Your name is supposed to be original, noone else but your partneer is supoosed to have the same name as you. Your name is your stength, for not only does it conect you to your Fighter, or Sacrifice, but it also connects you to your summon. Your summon gives you your spell typw. Your name is given to two people who have a reason to be a Fighter/Sacrifice and matches the two most campatible. The names are normally ending in "less", or strt with "be" Examples: Beloved Fearless, Loveless Breathless Sleepless Dreamless Heartless Faithless But, there are also "Seires" The Zero Teams for example where there are more then one individual names in groupes. Unfortuantly, there is a person who creates Zeros. Nagisa Sagan: She is a young, easily angered woman who conducts experiments, and creates humans who cannot feel physical pain. Her age, background, and organization are unknown. She had a sister, but what has become of her sister has not yet been confirmed. She created Yoji after the image of her younger sister, perhaps as an attempt of remembrance or to erase a pain in her heart, but reasons are still unknown. Her over-the-top behavior and strange lifestyle leaves her alone and alienated. Oddly, all her expirements are named "Zero" because they are considered nothing. Sensei leads the Zeros into believing they were just simply born that way, and that they need to undergo her studies. -------------------------------------------- But a name connects you to who you are stuck with until your retired or expell them. Retirement will take your name, but Expellment or Seperation Catagory Spells can kill. The names, they are what keep you strong and protect you. They make sure that you can hear each others thoughts, and calls for help no matter the distance, and they create your bond.
